    .......Thanksgiving day.......

    It is a traditional celebration of Canada and the United States.
    In Canada it is celebrated on the second Monday of October. In the United States it is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November.

    Thanksgiving is a special day for families and friends. They eat all together because they give thanks for the food.

    Turkey, Sweet Potatoes and Pumpkin Pie are typical food in this celebration.

    Thanksgiving day is a holiday celebrated in the United States and in Canada.
    The majority of persons in th United States celebrate this holidad with familiar meetings in his homes where they prepare a banquet.
    The principal traditonal plate for dinner is a great roast turkey. This turkey traditionally is accompained on a made landfill of bread of maize and sage.

    Thanksgiving Day is a traditional celebration of the United States and Canada.
    In the United States, it is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November, although originally it was the last Thursday.
    In Canada is celebrated on the second Monday in October, this festival usually gather around a table in family and friends to share a meal, originally it was religious although it was pagan.
    The reasons are varied according to the celebration takes place in Canada or the United States, for example in Canada, Martin Frobisher who celebrate it as an expedition survived, but is now celebrated to give thanks for the harvest.
    Are characteristic in the festivity: Parade in Manhattan, parade in which a large balloons appear, or the start of the holiday shopping season or also popularly called Black Friday in which some stores do discounts.

    THANKSGIVING DAY

    Thanksgiving day is a national holiday celebrated primarily in the United States and Canada. Several other places around the world observe similar celebrations. It is celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States and on the second Monday of October in Canada. Thanksgiving has its historical roots in religious traditions, but today it is celebrated in a more secular manner.
